The BISEPS consortium consists of 8 partners from Belgium, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Intercommunale Leiedal is the project coordinator and is, together with WVI and POM West-Flanders responsible for the BISEPS rollout in the two Belgian living labs.
The city of Breda will coordinate the living lab in the Netherlands, West-Sussex County Council will do the same for the Manor Royal Living Lab in the UK. The MEL and CD2E will collaborate in the French living lab near Lille.
Ghent University will develop the BISEPS-tool and is the communication partner in the project.
